  • Individual psychotherapy sessions are for adult clients 18 years and older who reside in the state of Illinois.

  • Frequency of sessions vary from weekly, biweekly, monthly, or as needed basis.

  • In network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, & Blue Choice PPO

  • A Superbill can be provided to clients with out of network insurance. Depending on your provider and plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. This can be verified by calling your insurance provider.

  • $160 for 50 minute psychotherapy sessions

  • $90 for 30 minute psychotherapy sessions

  • Sliding scale rates are available

Telehealth Services & Fees

Missed or cancelled sessions without 24 hour notice will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. This is the client’s responsibility and cannot be reimbursed by insurance.

Treatment Modalities

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) teaches us how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all connected. When we can change our thinking and change our actions, we automatically have a shift in thinking patterns.

Mindfulness based practices assist us in resetting our nervous system and becoming more aware of our mind-body connection.

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) helps us learn that it is not a situation or thing that scares us but our thoughts around this. It forces us to face our fears and realize we are much bigger than what we are afraid of.

Energy work through guided visualization focuses on clearing and balancing the chakra system, our energetic body, which holds stress, trauma, and anxiety just like the mind and body.

Comprehensive Behavioral Treatment (ComB) is used to understand the why, where, and how a person engages in body focused repetitive behaviors like nail biting, skin picking, and hair pulling and assists in finding alternative behaviors.
